What does coffee mean to us?

To us, coffee is more than just a drink, it's an important part of our culture. In the Salvadoran countryside, near coffee farms and volcanoes, coffee is brewed to share and enjoy with others. Our desire is to share with you this piece of our culture we hold dear.

It Starts With The Coffee Plant

Our coffee is grown at 1200 meters above sea level. At higher elevation, the coffee plants benefit from cooler climates, intense sunlight, and the nutrient-rich volcanic soils of El Salvador, leading to the development of more flavorful beans with a great balance of acidity, sweetness and complexity.

The Green Coffee Beans

Once harvested, the fruit undergoes a process known as “washing”, to extract the green coffee bean. The beans are then sun dried, an important step to ensure the coffee beans retain their quality and safety of consumption.

The Roasting

The green coffee beans are imported from El Salvador to one of the best private roasting facilities in California to begin the roasting process. They roast and package our beans to the highest quality standards, with dedicated roasting experts and quality roasting equipment.
