No Refunds Policy:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on purchases made through our website. Once an order has been placed and processed, no refunds will be provided except under the circumstances outlined below.

Damaged Product Replacement:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will happily send you a replacement item at no additional cost, provided that you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. To request a replacement, please contact brandon@countryroadscoffeelb.com and provide details of the damage along with supporting evidence such as photographs. 

One-Time Replacement Only:

We offer one replacement for damaged or defective products per customer. If you receive a replacement item and it is damaged or defective, we will not provide a second replacement or offer a refund.
